In the Last episode, I talked about my issue of studying in public during my father’s cancer treatment. In the last episode, I discussed meeting challenges with skill to enter into a state of flow. The stage where we can focus effortlessly. In case of mismatch in challenge and skills, We would either face boredom or Anxiety.
4 Steps to achieve any goal

Step 2- Develop your skills to meet this challenge. Work for marginal improvement. Just work to achieve this small goal and challene
Step 3- Raise the challenge level and skill correspondingly– When flow is achieved in previous stage, Now set another challenge as per raised skills
Step 4- Keep this cycle going on untill final challenge is achieved.
What is next?
